Experince : The hardware enginner should have experience of around 2-4 years in 8bit/16bit/32bit processor based hardware development , mixed signal product development, component selection. -Right Component selection during schematic design as per the requirements. – Electronics Hardware Testing, Board bring-up and debugging after prototype build phase. Tracing problems using tools like debugger, JTAG emulator, logic analyzer, oscilloscope. Soldering basic components during testing cycle. – Co-ordinating with Internal / External PCB designer, Printed Circuit Board manufactures, electronics board assembly services – Conduct design reviews, take actions to improve product quality, contribute to Intellectual Property creation & protection. – Must have excellent Hardware Electronics design skills – Active and Passive electronic component selection – Mixed signal design – Hardware issue debugging – Should have expert level of knowledge in using Digital Storage Oscilloscope, Multi-meter, Power Analyzer, LCR Q Meter and Logic Analyzer – Expert in schematic and PCB reviewsd. 8/ 16/ 32 bit microcontroller based digital design – Good verbal and written communication skills are critical – Should be willing to work at various time zones of customers – Should be willing to take additional responsibilities during the execution based on the business need. – Qualification : BE in E&TC or MSC in Electronics – Experince : 2-4 years
Experince : Thorough understanding of software design principles, with strong problem solving skills and debugging skills – Engages in development, design & testing of Embedded Systems using C, C++ programming language – Basic Hardware Design Knowledge and Hardware/Firmware Debugging Skills – Hand on experience of lab instruments – Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, and Logic Analyzers etc. – Suggest and develop re-usable components and looks for continuous improvement opportunities in hydraulic products. Share knowledge within the team and demonstrates flexibility working in parallel on multiple assignments/product categories – Participate in solution and code reviews with team members for modules/tasks and ensuring that best practices and efficient coding standards are adhered – Ensures new products meet our customer’s needs – Collaborate with global product engineering teams and incorporates support for the manufacturing, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of the product / system – Protects intellectual property through patent disclosures – Searches for technologies which would improve product performance, reduce development time or reduce cost – Qualification : BE in E&TC or MSC in Electronics – Experince : 2-4 years
Experince : Track component lifecycles to identify critical and high-risk components in existing products and drive solutions to resolve End-of- Life (EOL), Life-Time-Buy (LTB) and obsolescence (OBS) situations. – Ensure components are compliant to required environmental and safety standards, such as RoHS, REACH, UL, CE, CSA, Conflict Minerals, etc. – Review and address Product Change Notices (PCN’s) from component manufacturers. – Support Supply Chain to identify appropriate sources and substitute components suitable for ongoing production requirements for long-lead, out-of-stock or obsolete components and perform component level tests and experiments to ensure form, fit, and function compatibility. – Support outside Contract Manufacturing houses for all technical component issues – Establish and implement standard titles and descriptions for components. – Involves a strong understanding of electronics, mechanical and electro- mechanical components. Be able to read datasheets, specs,etc, such that component classification an be performed for plants worldwide. – Be knowledgeable technically and also in terms of communication and other attributes to work with Sanmina’s global supply chain and component engineering teams. – Support mass classifications during project migrations, acquisitions, and historic purchase reviews. – Have a good understanding of suppliers supporting electronics manufacturing industries so that supplier name standardization, and negotiator assignments can be performed. – Guide other resources in the team on technical and system related questions. – Develop reports for commodity and supplier related metrics. – Need ability to interface with ERP systems and other systems. Also need MS Access and MS Excel skills – Qualification : BE in E&TC or MSC in Electronics – Experince : 2-4 years
